Delivering Life-Saving Medicine to Cuba’s Most Vulnerable

Corazón for Cuba provides essential prescription medicine and medical supplies directly to doctors and communities in Cuba, where shortages are worsening, and lives depend on timely care.

Our Mission

Corazon for Cuba delivers critical medicine and humanitarian aid to the people who need it most. In communities where options have disappeared, we bring relief. Where systems have failed, we provide support. Where hope feels distant, we act.

The Cuban Ministry of Public Health stated that 70% of drugs are unavailable. This is where we step in, with help from generous donors like you. Because access to medicine is not a privilege, it is a basic human right.

Ways to Help

Donate

The best way to help is with a cash donation. CFC uses your generosity to purchase medicine at up to 90% below US costs. Your PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle gift is put to targeted use, providing medicine that is often unavailable in Cuba. Your gift is also tax-deductible.

Some of our donors are most comfortable with regular monthly donations. If this works best for you, please consider setting up a regular donation with Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or Fidelity Charitable Giving.

Pack-A-Bag

Many travelers are interested in helping the Cuban people by bringing over-the-counter medicines, clothing, or food, but are unsure what to bring. Allow us to help you. Let us understand how much space you have and your budget. We’ll send a dollar-for-dollar package from Amazon to your door.

This takes the guesswork out of deciding what to bring with the convenience of having the items delivered to your door. Packages start at $20 and can be customized to your country, bag size, and budget.  Your gift is also tax-deductible.

Bring Supplies

Many folks have been to Cuba before and witnessed the shortages and scarcity of the most basic household items. However, we have created a living list of needed items. Please see the list!! Let us know what you’ve selected and when you’re coming, and we will help coordinate the best location to drop off supplies in Havana.

In Cuba, 455 drugs (70%) are completely out of stock in pharmacies and hospitals.
